Refund: Store credit only within 2 weeks (14 days) of the package being marked as delivered to the customer. Same applies for a returned package. Store credits will be issued via E-Gift Card sent to the email address associated with the order. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be approved or denied on a case by case basis. Store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days. 

 
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages that have been marked delivered by the courier but are not in the possession of the receiver will not be our responsibility. We are not responsible for any damaged goods or packages. By purchasing with Yoshi Luxe Collection you agree to these terms and conditions. Upon checkout, always ensure to enter the correct mailing address to avoid any issues. There will be no reimbursement of any kind if a package is sent to the wrong address, lost, or stolen. 
 
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be unused and in sellable condition. All returned products must be in the original packaging.
 
Please be advised that store credit will be made out for the orginal amount paid for the product only. Not shipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded if shipping label has already been created/and or the package has already left our possession. 
 
In case of exchange, the buyer must pay return shipping. Re-shipping fee for the replacement item will be determined on a case by case basis.

To complete your store credit, we require a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase. 
 
Without a receipt a store credit will not be issued.
 
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
 
If you are approved your refund ( in form of store credit) will be processed and issued within 3-5 business days and sent to your email address. 
 
We reserve the right to refuse/decline any returned item for any given reason. 
 
Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit. 
 
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged to a point where the product itself is unable to be used or applied on the skin. In this instance exchange is allowed for the same item.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
